Position: Italian Customer Support Advisor
Location: Malta (On-site)
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records in the database.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Malta.
