Position: Italian Customer Support Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records in the database.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be able to work on-site in Malta.
