Schedule: Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00 (rotational shifts)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Agent fluent in Italian and English to join a leading international company based in Malta. In this role, you will assist customers with reservations, respond to inquiries, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer queries regarding reservations via phone, email, or chat

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and booking procedures

• Assist customers in modifying, confirming, or cancelling reservations

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Fluency in Italian and English (C1 level or higher)

• Previous experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality is an advantage

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Must be a local candidate residing in Malta (subject to confirmation)
