Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance:

    • Address customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in Italian.
    • Provide accurate information about products and services.
    • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical or account-related issues.

  • Service Excellence:

  • Multilingual Communication:

Required Qualifications:

    • B2-level proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience:
