Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Norwegian Customer Support Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Norwegian-speaking clients. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a positive and professional attitude.
• Document and update customer records in our system.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken).
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using computers and software applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
