Responsibilities:

Communicated with customers via phone, email, or chat in Hungarian

Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, or accounts

Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner

Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Follow internal guidelines, processes, and company policies
Requirements:

Fluency in Hungarian (C1 or C2)

Good command of English (B2 level or higher)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory

EU citizenship or valid work permit for Bulgaria
