• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that enhance the customer experience.
• Identify training needs and support the development of continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Native or fluent in German and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Experience: Previous experience in quality analysis, customer support, or a related role is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
