Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our Italian-speaking clients. You will assist with a range of customer inquiries, from product information to troubleshooting, ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Your native Italian language skills will be essential in offering high-quality service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product or service inquiries, order tracking, and account management.
- Ensure all customer interactions are accurately documented and tracked within our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues or complaints to the appropriate department or team members.
- Stay informed on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Native fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is a must.
- Strong proficiency in English for internal communication and reporting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (or similar software).
- Customer-focused, with a keen attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
