We are seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented individual fluent in both Slovak and English to join our support team in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. 

If you are passionate about helping customers and solving problems and are willing to relocate to Romania, this role is perfect for you. 

You will provide top-notch customer service, ensuring clients receive the assistance they need with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Slovak and English via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product or service-related assistance.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by efficiently managing and solving issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Continuously improve your knowledge of the company's products and services.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Slovak (both written and spoken).
  • A minimum B2 English level (both written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Willingness to relocate to Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Benefits:

  • Signing Bonus: 750 EUR Gross, paid within the first 3 months.
  • Performance Bonus: Available after 3 months of employment.
  • Meal Tickets: 30 RON per working day (approximately 120 EUR/month), loaded directly on the personal meal tickets card.
  • Medical Subscription: Full coverage starting from the 2nd month of employment.
  • Accommodation: Rent allowance of 500 EUR/month for the first 6 months of employment.
  • Transportation: All relocation costs (plane ticket, bus, train) from your current location to Romania are fully covered.
