Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Advisor fluent in French (C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level) to join our remote team based in Portugal. As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues for our clients French-speaking customers. Your role will involve using your language skills to ensure customer satisfaction and support business operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French and English.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in French (C2 level) and proficiency in English (B2 level).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Proficient in using computer applications and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
