About the Role:

Are you fluent in Dutch and passionate about helping customers? Join our team as a Customer Support Representative, where you will assist customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless service experience. This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of office-based and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on customer requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high level of service.
  • Uphold company policies and service standards.


Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and a good command of English (B2+ level).
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have valid documents to work in Bulgaria.
