Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. This position involves managing inbound sales leads from the Latin American (LATAM) market, where fluency in Spanish and English is required. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and converting leads into sales opportunities. The role requires a proactive approach to cold calling, upselling, and building strong relationships with customers.

Working Hours:

  • Spanish Shift: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Local Time)

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Mode: Hybrid (with minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries from the LATAM region, providing information and support in Spanish and English.
  • Conduct cold calls to potential customers, introduce new products/services, and upsell as appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Manage sales leads and pipeline through the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven ability in cold calling and upselling.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (combination of remote and office-based work).
  • EU citizenship or residence card with full market access.

  • Salary: 1560 per month x 14 payments (12 monthly + 1 at Easter + 1 split between Summer and Christmas).

Relocation Assistance (for candidates relocating to Athens):

  • Accommodation: 3 weeks in a hotel close to the office.
  • Relocation Support: Up to 300 for the first payment (for those relocating from abroad).
  • Legal support: Assistance with hiring documents (candidates must gather and provide necessary documentation).
  • Note: No flight ticket included, but the first 300 of flight expenses will be reimbursed.

Important: Relocated employees must work from the office for at least 3 months, except those who already have accommodation and a confirmed internet connection in Greece. All relocated candidates need to be in Athens 7 days prior to the start date for documentation purposes.
