Job Title: Romanian + English Customer Service Representative

Location: [Specify location or Remote]

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. 10:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.
    (All times are in the local market time zone)

Training:

  • Duration: 2 weeks of training + 1 week of nesting
  • Training will cover essential customer service skills, product knowledge, and system navigation to ensure your success in the role.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Romanian and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and solutions
  • Assist customers with their concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience

Relocation Package:

  • Advance in salary of 1056 BGN net available upon request of the employee (will be transferred to bank account within 5 working days)
  • Please note: If the contract is terminated within the first 6 months of employment, any outstanding net amount from advance salary payments will be due back and deducted from the last salary/salaries before leaving the company, and no payment of the travel expenses will be processed.
