Are you a dynamic individual fluent in Croatian and English, looking for an exciting opportunity abroad? 

We are seeking Customer Support Specialists to join our vibrant team in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. If you are willing to relocate and start a new adventure, this position is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Croatian-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
  • Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information in both Croatian and English.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and prompt support.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written).
  • A minimum B2 English level.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call centers is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Enthusiastic, customer-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.

Benefits Package:

  • Signing Bonus: 1,000 gross, paid within the first 3 months.
  • Performance Bonus: Available after 3 months, based on individual and team performance.
  • Meal Tickets: Receive 30 RON per working day (~120 per month), directly loaded onto your personal meal tickets card (for 20 worked days).
  • Medical Subscription: Full medical coverage starting from the 2nd month of employment.
  • Accommodation:
    • 3 months in company-provided accommodations.
    • An additional 3 months of rent allowance (500 Gross per month).
  • Transportation: All relocation costs covered (including plane, bus, or train tickets from your current location).

Relocation to Romania:

  • This is an on-site role based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
  • Full assistance with transportation and temporary accommodation for the first 6 months to help you settle comfortably.
