Salary: 1,500 euros/month x14

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-tier support to customers through email and phone communication.
• Assist with booking-related questions and resolve any issues efficiently.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Work closely with the team to enhance customer service practices.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
• Prior experience in customer service is beneficial.
