What Will Your Day Look Like?

As a Customer Care Assistant, you´ll be the friendly face (or voice) that helps our customers solve their issues and get the most out of our services. Whether it's through inbound calls, live chat, email, or social media , youll deliver high-quality support, leaving our customers feeling like VIPs!

What Were Looking For:

- **Fluent in German** (written and spoken) youll be the go-to person for our German-speaking customers

- **Good English skills** to collaborate with your international colleagues

- A passion for helping others and providing top-notch customer service

- Interest in sports youll connect with our users who share the same love!

- Strong typing and computer skills (MS Office)

- Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required we provide full training

- A team player with a great attitude who can work under pressure with a smile
