Job Overview:
As an Italian Customer Support Representative, you will represent our client, providing timely assistance and resolving inquiries for their Italian-speaking customer base. Your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in Italian.
  2. Assist customers in understanding and utilizing our client's products/services effectively.
  3. Address customer concerns and troubleshoot technical issues with empathy and patience.
  4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution while maintaining ownership of the customer's query.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our client's CRM system.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and contribute to a positive customer experience.
  7. Stay informed about our client's products/services and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent proficiency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential.
  2. Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  3. Previous experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is a plus.
  7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
