Job Title: Technical Support Officer - Client Relations

Position Overview: As a Technical Support Officer in Client Relations, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and troubleshooting technical issues related to our clients' operations. With a deep understanding of our systems and technology, you will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor our systems to maintain stability and operational efficiency, ensuring our clients' needs are met.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Escalate internal system faults to the appropriate support teams for resolution.
- Collaborate with clients to resolve technical problems and provide exceptional support.
- Log and update all activities accurately within our CRM system.
- Provide technical assistance to clients via email, chat, or phone, addressing reported difficulties promptly.
- Ensure operational continuity through comprehensive shift handovers at the end of each shift.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of technology or willingness to learn.
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends and detect issues.
- Previous experience in customer handling is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
- Ownership mentality and a sense of responsibility for assigned duties.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and respond efficiently to challenges.
- Flexibility to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with Kibana is advantageous.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy; experience in MS Excel is beneficial.
- Candidate must be located in Malta or ready to relocate to Malta
