Job Title: Technical Support Officer - Client Relations

Location: Valletta, Malta

Position Overview: As a Technical Support Officer in Client Relations, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and troubleshooting technical issues related to our clients' operations. With a deep understanding of our systems and technology, you will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor our systems to maintain stability and operational efficiency, ensuring our clients' needs are met.
  2. Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  3. Escalate internal system faults to the appropriate support teams for resolution.
  4. Collaborate with clients to resolve technical problems and provide exceptional support.
  5. Log and update all activities accurately within our CRM system.
  6. Provide technical assistance to clients via email, chat, or phone, addressing reported difficulties promptly.
  7. Ensure operational continuity through comprehensive shift handovers at the end of each shift.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of technology or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to analyze data to identify trends and detect issues.
  • Previous experience in customer handling is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Ownership mentality and a sense of responsibility for assigned duties.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and respond efficiently to challenges.
  • Flexibility to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with Kibana is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy; experience in MS Excel is beneficial.
  • Candidate must be located in Malta or ready to relocate to Malta
