Are you a Greek speaker with a passion for helping people? We're looking for a Customer Support Representative to join a dynamic and international team in beautiful Porto, Portugal. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat

  • Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Uphold company policies and represent the brand positively


Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in Greek (spoken and written)

  • Good command of English (B2 level or higher)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus

  • Strong problem-solving attitude and a team-player mindset

  • EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit
