Key Responsibilities:

• Review user-generated content on online platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies

• Identify and escalate content that violates platform standards

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and consistency while moderating content

• Ensure timely and accurate decisions, balancing legal and ethical considerations

• Collaborate with team members and management to improve internal processes

Ideal Candidate:

• Fluency in Polish (C1+) and English (B2+)

• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills

• Comfortable working with sensitive or graphic content (training and support provided)

• Ability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays

• EU citizenship or full work rights for Portugal is a plus
