About the Role:
We are looking for an Italian-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Porto, Portugal. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe and respectful online environment by reviewing and moderating user-generated content. If you are fluent in Italian and have a keen eye for identifying policy violations, this is an exciting role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and moderate user content, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Identify and report inappropriate content to maintain a safe online environment.
• Work closely with internal teams to enhance content review policies.
• Ensure accurate and timely decision-making in content moderation.
• Stay informed about changes in community standards and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Italian (C1 or native level) and strong English skills (B2 level or above).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make sound judgments.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Previous experience in moderation, customer service, or a similar field is advantageous.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
