Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and acquire potential B2B clients through prospecting and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to achieve their goals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in Portuguese (Brazilian).
• Proficiency in English (company language).
• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management
• Negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece (relocation assistance provided).
