Position: Order Support Specialist

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses.

What Youll Do:

Assist Italian-speaking customers with order-related inquiries, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Process and track orders, resolving issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and timely delivery.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order statuses using company systems.

Contribute to improving support processes by sharing feedback and insights.

What Were Looking For:

Fluency in Italian (C1 or native level) and proficiency in English (B2 level), both verbal and written.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word) or similar tools.

Previous experience in customer support, order processing, or a related field is a plus but not required.

Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal, and work in an office-based environment.

Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends (e.g., 8-hour shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM).
