Position: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses.
What Youll Do:
- Provide outstanding support to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by offering solution-oriented assistance and escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using company systems.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service quality and streamline processes.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to deliver accurate information to customers.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Polish (C1 or native level) and proficiency in English (B2 level), both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word) or similar tools.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal, and work in an office-based environment.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends (e.g., 8-hour shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM).
