Location: Bucharest, Romania

What Youll Do:

  • Provide exceptional support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by offering solution-oriented assistance and escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using company systems.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service quality and streamline processes.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to deliver accurate information to customers.



What Were Looking For:

  • Fluency in French (C1 level) and proficiency in English (B2 level), both verbal and written.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word) or similar tools.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bucharest, Romania, and work in an office-based environment.
