Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Support Agent who is fluent in German to join our team in Cyprus. As a Customer Service Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers, providing them with top-notch service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
• Providing product information and guidance to customers
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues
• Continuously improving knowledge of company products and services

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
