Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, whether remotely or on-site.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
