Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in German (written and spoken).
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work either remotely or on-site in Greece.
