Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

- Resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular follow-up.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in German (written and spoken).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work either remotely or on-site in Greece.
