- Collaborate with the manager to determine ongoing recruitment needs
- Advertise job openings on various international platforms
- Source potential candidates via online channels (e.g., social media and professional networks)
- Screen candidates who meet the required qualifications
- Organize and conduct initial interviews
- Build lasting relationships with previous applicants and potential candidates
- Track candidates throughout the hiring process until they are placed with the client
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or sourcing
- Experience with BPO roles (customer service, marketing, sales representatives)
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
- Experience recruiting for the European market
- Availability of at least 30 hours per week (preferably mornings to afternoons)
- Proficiency in English and other European languages (Dutch, German, French, Greek, Italian, Spanish)
- Access to an International Recruitment Network
- Support from HR, Digital Marketing, and Recruitment managers
