- Screen candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications.
- Organize and conduct initial interviews.
- Build lasting relationships with past and potential candidates.
- Track candidates throughout the hiring process until their placement with the client.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in recruitment, sales, cold calling, or sourcing.
- Knowledge of the Moroccan market.
- Languages: French at C2 level and English at B2 level (minimum).
- Experience with BPO roles (customer service, marketing, sales) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional platforms.
- Minimum availability of 30 hours per week.
