We are seeking Freelance Recruiters from Morocco to join our recruitment teams and manage the full hiring process for the local market.

Do you have experience in the Moroccan market? This is your chance to collaborate with an international recruitment network, work remotely with flexibility, and earn attractive fees based on local market standards and placements. Start date: ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with managers to determine recruitment needs in the local market.
• Advertise job openings on relevant platforms for the Moroccan market.
• Source potential candidates via online channels (e.g., social media and professional networks).
• Screen candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications.
• Organize and conduct initial interviews.
• Build lasting relationships with past and potential candidates.
• Track candidates throughout the hiring process until their placement with the client.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in recruitment, sales, cold calling, or sourcing.
• Knowledge of the Moroccan market.
• Languages: French at C2 level and English at B2 level (minimum).
• Experience with BPO roles (customer service, marketing, sales) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional platforms.
• Minimum availability of 30 hours per week.
