About the Role

As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring content to maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Your keen eye for detail and ability to assess content accurately will play a crucial role in fostering a secure digital space.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos) in French to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.

• Identify and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive content.

• Follow company policies and local regulations while making moderation decisions.

• Maintain high accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide insights to improve moderation processes and enhance user experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level or higher).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to make sound judgments.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume content review environment.

• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or customer support is a plus.
