Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in Turkish (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in English.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
  • Must be a resident in Portugal with a valid work permit.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lisbon.
