Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. This position is open to German-speaking candidates who are also fluent in English. The role involves both outbound and inbound sales responsibilities, where you will engage with potential and existing clients, driving new business, upselling services, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience, including cold calling and upselling. This is a hybrid role, where you'll work part-time from the office and part-time remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Representative:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in German-speaking regions, promoting products and services.
  • Utilize cold calling techniques to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Upsell products and services to existing clients, achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term business growth.
  • Record sales activities and customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Inbound Sales Representative:

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Assist potential customers with queries, converting leads into opportunities.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to increase revenue per customer.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service, managing any complaints or issues promptly.
  • Update customer information and sales progress in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken).
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience (preferably in outbound/inbound sales).
  • Experience in cold calling and upselling.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (combination of office and remote work).
  • EU citizenship or residence card with full market access.

Benefits:

  • Salary: 1560 per month x 14 payments (12 monthly + 1 at Easter + 1 split between Summer and Christmas).

  • Contract Type: Permanent, full-time (40 hours/week, 8 hours per day, 5 days a week).

Relocation Assistance (for candidates relocating to Athens):

  • Accommodation: 3 weeks in a hotel near the office.
  • Relocation Support: Up to 300 for the first payment (for candidates moving from abroad).
  • Legal Support: Assistance with gathering and providing hiring documents.
  • Important Notes:
    • No flight tickets included, but up to 300 of flight expenses will be reimbursed.
    • Airport pick-up and transportation from the airport to the hotel are not included.
    • Relocated employees are required to work from the office for at least 3 months, except those who already have accommodation and a confirmed internet connection in Greece.
    • All relocated candidates must arrive in Athens 7 days prior to the start date for documentation processing.
