About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in Cyprus as a German-Speaking Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers, providing exceptional service and support across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist German-speaking customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (C1 or above) and English.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Availability to start immediately.
