We are currently looking for a Portuguese and English-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team on-site in Bucharest. This role involves supporting a Portuguese-speaking project, with a Monday to Friday work schedule.

Position: Portuguese + English Customer Support Agent
Location: Bucharest, Romania (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-quality customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Utilize strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English to assist customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the projects products and services to offer accurate assistance.
• Document and track customer interactions in the internal system.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must reside in Bucharest, Romania, or be willing to relocate.
