Join Our Team as a Remote Customer Service Specialist (Spanish & English)

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? We're looking for bilingual candidates (Spanish & English) to join our remote team. This is a fully remote position with training starting on October 23, 2024. If you're based in Athens or willing to relocate, we offer relocation support and a flexible working environment.

What Youll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and customer issues.
  • Address complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Based in Athens or willing to relocate.
  • A customer-first approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

Relocation Support:

  • 2 weeks of hotel accommodation and flight ticket (within the EU).
  • Airport pickup upon arrival.
  • Real estate agency fee covered to help you settle in Athens.

Work-From-Home (WAH) Information:

  • If relocating, WAH is in Athens.
  • If local, WAH can be anywhere in Greece.

Documents Accepted:

  • EU citizenship.
  • Full-purpose & Specific-purpose work permit card.
  • Certificate of Protection (for refugees).
