Job Description:
We are looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service, support, and solutions to our German-speaking customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide effective solutions and support to customers on a variety of issues.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.

Contract and Working Hours:
- Contract Type: Permanent contract.
- Working Hours: Full-time role (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week).

Work-from-Home Information:
- For Relocated Employees: Work-from-home is available once you are based in Athens.
- For Local Greek Candidates: If you are located in Greece, you may be eligible to work from home directly.
What We Are Looking For:
- Fluent in German (native or near-native level).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- A customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Relocation Information:
- Candidates relocating to Athens must be willing to relocate and work on-site for at least 3 months before remote work options are considered.
- Once relocated, employees will work from our Athens office for an initial period before being eligible for work-from-home options.
