Location: Athens, Greece (Hybrid work model considered)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (3 shift options: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Spanish LATAM Work Shift: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM
Portuguese Work Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Salary: 1560 per month
Job Description:
We are looking for a Spanish LATAM + English Speaking Sales Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales calls and providing exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients from Latin America, while also assisting English-speaking customers. Your focus will be on building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and offering solutions that align with their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Spanish-speaking customers (LATAM region) and English-speaking customers.
- Provide information, resolve issues, and guide customers in selecting products or services that meet their needs.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Meet sales targets and key performance indicators while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with your team to improve customer experience and achieve business goals.
Salary and Benefits:
- Base Salary: 1560 per month.
- Benefits:
- 14 salaries per year (12 monthly payments + 1 during Easter + 1 split during Summer and Christmas).

Contract and Working Hours:
- Contract Type: Permanent contract.
- Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, 5 days a week).
- Shifts available: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, or 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
Relocation Package (if applicable):
For candidates relocating to Athens from abroad, the following support is provided:
- Accommodation: 3 weeks of hotel accommodation near the office.
- Relocation Support: Up to 300 for initial relocation expenses (1st payment).
- Legal Support: Assistance with hiring documents and necessary paperwork.
- Candidates must arrive in Athens 7 days before their start date for document processing.
- Relocated employees are required to work on-site for at least 3 months before considering remote work.
What We Are Looking For:
- Fluent in both Spanish (LATAM) and English (additional languages such as Portuguese are a plus).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar field is preferred but not required.
- A proactive approach with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Relocation Information:
- Candidates based in Greece will not receive relocation assistance unless remote work is not an option.
- After the initial 3 weeks of accommodation, employees will be responsible for finding their own housing.
- Not Included: Flight ticket (only reimbursed up to 300 with 1st payment), airport pick-up, or transportation from the airport to the hotel.
