Job Role:

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Convert inquiries into sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet company objectives.

What Were Looking For:

• Language Skills: Native or fluent in Spanish, with a good command of English.
• Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales role is preferred but not mandatory.
