Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Sales Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and have a strong background in B2B sales, with a focus on cold calling and upselling. This role involves proactively reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and driving sales growth. You will work in a hybrid environment (a combination of in-office and remote work), and help drive the success of our sales targets.
Working Hours:
- Portuguese Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Local Time)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the Brazilian market, introducing new products and services.
- Utilize cold calling techniques to generate new sales leads and opportunities.
- Upsell products and services to existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance customer relationships and sales processes.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any sales-related inquiries or concerns.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (both written and spoken).
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, with a proven ability in cold calling and upselling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (combination of remote and office-based work).
- EU citizenship or residence card with full market access.

- Salary: 1560 per month x 14 payments (12 monthly + 1 at Easter + 1 split between Summer and Christmas).

- Contract Type: Permanent, full-time (40 hours/week, 8 hours per day, 5 days a week).
Relocation Assistance (for candidates relocating to Athens):
- Accommodation: 3 weeks in a hotel near the office.
- Relocation Support: Up to 300 for the first payment (for candidates relocating from abroad).
- Legal support: Assistance with hiring documents (candidates are responsible for gathering and providing the necessary paperwork).
- Note: No flight ticket included, but up to 300 will be reimbursed for flight expenses.
Important: Relocated employees must work from the office for at least 3 months, except for those who already have housing and confirmed internet in Greece. All relocated candidates must arrive in Athens 7 days prior to the start date to complete hiring documentation.
