Role Overview:
As a Bilingual Sales Representative, your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Fluency languages is essential to succeed in this role, as you will engage with a diverse international customer base.
Requirements:
- Languages:
- Fluency in ENGLISH (spoken and written) is required.
- Proficiency in (French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese).
- Sales Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or technology-related industries is a plus.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable using online sales tools and communication platforms.
