Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with 1 year of experience in a call center environment to join our team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and have excellent communication skills to provide exceptional support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in French
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and efficient solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Document and track customer interactions in the companys CRM system.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a call center or customer support role.
- Fluent in French (both written and spoken).
- Good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Availability to work onsite in Lisbon.
