Key Responsibilities:

Assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies

Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate more complex inquiries appropriately

Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and support

Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and procedures
Ideal Candidate:

Fluency in Spanish (C1+) and good command of English (B2+)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

EU citizenship or valid work authorization for Portugal is preferred
