  • Assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies

  • Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate more complex inquiries appropriately

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and support

  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and procedures

Ideal Candidate:

  • Fluency in Spanish (C1+) and good command of English (B2+)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

  • EU citizenship or valid work authorization for Portugal is preferred
