Location: Athens, Greece (Hybrid work model considered)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (3 shifts: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Spanish work shift: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM
Portuguese work shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Salary: 1560 Euro per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a German + English Speaking Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will handle inbound sales inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and drive sales growth through proactive communication and tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and other customer interactions in both German and English.
  • Provide information, resolve issues, and guide customers toward products or services that best meet their needs.
  • Drive sales by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Meet individual and team sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve customer experience and performance metrics.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 1440 per month.
  • Benefits:
    • 14 salaries per year (12 monthly payments, plus 1 at Easter and 1 split during Summer and Christmas).

    • 25 days of annual leave.
    • Meal Voucher: 50 per month for all projects.

Contract and Working Hours:

  • Permanent contract.
  • Full-time role (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, 5 days a week).
  • Shifts available: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, or 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

Relocation Package (if applicable):

For candidates relocating to Athens from abroad, the following support is provided:

  • Accommodation: 3 weeks of hotel accommodation near the office.
  • Relocation Support: Up to 300 in relocation assistance (1st payment).
  • Legal Assistance: Support in completing hiring documents and gathering required paperwork.
  • Candidates must arrive in Athens 7 days before their start date to prepare necessary documentation.
  • Relocated employees are required to work on-site for at least 3 months before considering remote work options.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Fluent in both German and English (additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a similar field is preferred but not required.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Relocation Information:

  • Candidates based in Greece will not receive relocation assistance unless remote work is not an option.
  • After the initial 3 weeks of accommodation, employees are responsible for their own housing and living arrangements.
  • Not Included: Flight ticket (only reimbursement up to 300, paid with 1st relocation payment), airport pick-up, or transportation from the airport to the hotel.
