Language Requirements: Fluent in Spanish (C1 level or higher), English (minimum B2 level)
About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Greece. As a key member of our customer support division, you will provide exceptional service to Spanish-speaking clients while leveraging your English communication skills. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer satisfaction and eager to work in an international environment.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Spanish-speaking customers, offering solutions and assistance.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation when necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Data Management: Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM tools.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience and resolve complex issues.
- Language Support: Occasionally assist with English-speaking customers as needed.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in Spanish (C1 or higher).
- Proficient in English (B2 level minimum).
- Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is an advantage but not required.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic computer literacy.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support tools is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
- Flexibility:
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends or holidays, if required.
