About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Greece. As a key member of our customer support division, you will provide exceptional service to Spanish-speaking clients while leveraging your English communication skills. Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Spanish-speaking customers, offering solutions and assistance.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation when necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Data Management: Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM tools.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience and resolve complex issues.
  • Language Support: Occasionally assist with English-speaking customers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency:
    • Fluent in Spanish (C1 or higher).
    • Proficient in English (B2 level minimum).
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in a customer service or support role is an advantage but not required.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Basic computer literacy.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support tools is a plus.
