**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries about products, services, and transactions.

- Handle customer concerns via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.

- Troubleshoot problems, providing timely and effective solutions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied.

- Maintain customer records and follow up on open cases.

**Requirements:**

- Fluent in Spanish (both written and spoken), with good command of English.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

- Ability to work onsite in Athens and manage a flexible work schedule.
