**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide top-tier customer support to Hebrew-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help refine our processes and offerings.

**Requirements:**
- Fluent in **Hebrew** (both written and spoken) and proficient in **English**.
- Previous experience in customer support, client service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and support software.
- Willingness to relocate to Portugal (relocation assistance provided).
