Job Description: Booking Project Customer Support

Location: Athens
Languages Required: Dutch & English
Start Date: 25 October 2024
Salary: 1,500/month x14

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support via email and phone.
• Assist customers with booking inquiries and issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer support is a plus.
