Key Responsibilities:
- Directing teams of up to 15 Contact Center representatives, including SMEs or Supervisors, to meet and exceed client expectations and SLAs.
-Coaching agents and Supervisors, fostering teamwork and individual growth.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and develop individual growth plans.
- Handle escalations, liaise with clients, and ensure service delivery is in line with company and client expectations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, create improvement strategies, and deliver ongoing training.
- Analyze metrics and provide detailed reports on team performance.
- Foster a collaborative and customer-centric team culture.
- Ensure all communications and processes align with the companys quality standards.
How You Can Create Influence:
- Fluency in Portuguese (C1 level) is mandatory, with **English proficiency** required at a B2 level.
- Proven experience managing teams, ideally within airlines, travel, or tourism sectors.
- Familiarity with booking software like **Galileo or Amadeus is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-changing environments, showing flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong performance management and reporting skills.
- Solution-oriented, independent thinker with a customer-first mindset.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a **Supervisor or Team Leader managing diverse teams and processes.
