As a **Compliance and Risk Management Specialist**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization adheres to legal standards and internal policies. This role involves managing risks, enforcing compliance, and supporting the business across French and English-speaking regions. Key Responsibilities:
- **Monitor and enforce compliance:** Ensure that the company operates in full compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies across French and English-speaking regions.
- **Risk assessment and mitigation:** Identify, assess, and document risks. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
- **Policy development:** Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating compliance policies and procedures.
- **Regulatory reporting:** Prepare and submit necessary reports to relevant authorities and senior management.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- **Language Proficiency:**
- Fluency in **French** (C1 level)
- Professional proficiency in **English** (B2 level or above)
- **Experience:**
- 2-3 years of experience in **Compliance, Risk Management**, or a related field, preferably in an international environment (desirable but not required)
- **Knowledge of Regulations:**
- Strong understanding of **EU compliance regulations**, including **data privacy, anti-money laundering (AML), and corporate governance**.
- **Analytical Skills:**
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information and provide clear, actionable insights.
