Job Title: German + English Retention - Sales Representative

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (relocation assistance available)

Work Schedule:

- Monday - Saturday

- 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (local time for the market)

Training:

- Duration: 3 weeks

- Training will cover key retention and sales strategies, tools, and systems to ensure your success in the role.

Requirements:

- 6-12 months of customer service/sales experience required

- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to provide support and retain their business

- Utilize excellent communication and sales skills to offer solutions and products that meet client needs

- Meet retention and sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

- Work effectively in a dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities

Relocation Package:

- Reimbursement of travel expenses up to 490 BGN after 6 months from your start date in the company, provided there is no pre-notice (travel documents need to be presented e-ticket and invoice)

- Advance in salary of 1056 BGN net available upon request of the employee (will be transferred to bank account within 5 working days)

- Please note: If the contract is terminated within the first 6 months of employment, any outstanding net amount from advance salary payments will be due back and deducted from the last salary/salaries before leaving the company, and no payment of the travel expenses will be processed.
